Following todays GCNC meeting, I thought I'd provide a report of what happened.
3. Approval of clubs
Northern Warlords join the WPS as a GCN Associate.
4. Discussion of first contact
First contact with the GCN will now be tracked to help us deal with equiries. This tracking will be handled by Sean Curtis.

3/4 Jul: Boltguns and Battleaxes campaign weekend.
21/22 Aug: Storm of Chaos
6 Nov: Lord of the Rings Battle Day
7 Nov: Veteran Open Day

6. A report from Games Workshop
GW Club League will be handed over to the GCN to run, probably following a rules review
8. An update on insurance
An insurance deal is now available to clubs that are members of the GCN. The cost of PLI will be £105 pa, any member clubs who wish to take up this deal should talk to Laurie Stewart - 01405 860653
9. Progress with the CRB registrations
Laurie will be providing an overview guide to our CRB process for new clubs.
When those people able to countersign CRB forms are going to be at events, this fact will be publicised on this site in advance. When you see this icon 
in the events calendar, a person capable of signing CRB forms should be attending.
10. Licensing and intellectual copyright
Still ongoing, hopefully there should be some resolution by the end of June or start of July.
11. The BI annual election of the committee
The committee positions available and the people currently standing for those positions are as follows:

13. Any other business
The final changes to the GCN Document Pack were agreed upon and the completed document is now available for download here.
